Window dip function going haywire

I've read them all... I know about this problem. But is there any proven method to fix this? Like a certain part number that for sure won't behave like that? Happily my windows won't open on rain (till now at least), but when I'm turning on engine, I hear clicks from window control panel (6-7 in a row and each one slower and slower like there was no power) and windows are making quick down-up action every single time. Is it because of ignition mechanism or window module? I have 08.2008 Scirocco.
