fault code help

hi all im struggling to find the cause of the problem that brings 2 specific fault codes up, p0100 and p2015, checked the connections to the maf sensor checked the voltages checked the ecu cant see any breaks in the wire for the maf, havent taken the malifold off to check anything there yet.
the codes once cleared stay off for about a day and comes back mostly after sitting for a bit but it has come back while driving as well, makes the car run a bit worse but as soon as the codes are cleared its back to full power driving perfect.
what am i missing here and what other things do i need to be checking?
