Do you have these LED Indicator / DRL's fitted ?

Hi , I spotted these LED Indicator / DRL lamps for sale on ebay & Aliexpress and wondered if any forum members had them fitted to their cars ?
The instructions look pretty straight forward , but I wanted to know if you needed the addition of resistors in the circuit to prevent 'false' bulb errors being displayed on the dash or does the control unit that comes with the lamps sort all that out ?
