Fuel issue

Hi all
I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for some advice regarding my 2.0 litre GT 2009 as it's getting around 80 miles on a half tank . Wednesday 15th Feb had its MOT and passed, lambda test was spot on and I told the mechanic about my issue regarding the fuel loss and he checked the manifold and the inlet and found no issues ? I brought the car last year march with 110000 miles on the clock and only gets weekend use as I'm a fibre jointer for BT openreach so use work van during the week! The sparkplugs were cleaned a couple of months ago as it was multiple misfiring and the mechanic cleaned the sparkplugs and the difference was night and day as the car felt much better! But I'm still having issues and for the life of me can't figure it out ? It did have the retching P code which led me to do more research and was going to get a new manifold but the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong ? Any advice would be much appreciated TIA
