2015 Scirocco R QOL/tech upgrades

Hi all,
New here so apologies if this is in the wrong place.
Just got my scirocco and there are quite a few QOL (quality of life) upgrades I want.
To begin, not everything I list I will definitely get, just some ideas I have floating about. Some I am happy to give a go myself, others I appreciate will need a professional.
- firstly, rear view camera. Why, drops my insurance and why not. First question for this is, can I get this camera to ALSO act as a dash camera?
- immobiliser, tracker and remote start. First one I came across was starline. I’m not all that fussed about the brand. As long as it does what it says on the tin, is reliable and supported, I am happy. After calling about almost everyone will not fit the remote start. I think the only one that would was about 200-300 miles away. The remote start is key for 2 reasons, firstly it’s an absolute pet peeve of mine to get into a cold car…I just hate it. I’ve spent the past 5 years driving around in an 1998 fiesta, I bought this for the foreseeable future and want how I want it. Bonus benefit, I can boot it as soon as I get in providing the temps are up.
Any ideas on where to get this done? Particular brands to avoid etc?
- Entertainment system. I’ve been looking at some retrofits but I can’t find what I want. Pretty sure it’s not possible but ideally I wanted the same that the 2020 t-roc has. Any experience with retrofits or upgrades all together? Something bigger is what I am after really. I don’t have apple car play or android auto but have been told that’s just an activation code with my current one.
- Electric folding mirrors. Found a super comprehensive guide on fitting these and will give it a go. Suggestions/tips are welcome.
These are a few I am looking at getting.
