Headlight Burning?

Hi all,
Got a bit of an issue with the headlights, it looks like the actual headlight casing is burning? Or maybe I’m mistaken. It’s definitely not condensation as there’s no signs of any water in the unit and it’s definitely not on the outside as I’ve tried treating it several times.
Anyone got this same issue or know why it’s happening/how to fix it .

Could it be that someone has fitted higher wattage bulbs that are running hotter?

I suppose it could be possible. Any easy way of checking?

Pull the bulb out and check what wattage the bulb is. Should be 55W.

I suppose it was a bit of a long shot. Can't think of what else would cause it.

Heard that possibly could be something to do with the seal on the headlight unit?
