Brake carriers.

Hi, just some questions about some front brake carriers i've ordered off ebay for a 312mm upgrade from 288mm. i accidently ordered two right hand carriers 
does this matter as they look the same, could i just spin one around or are the left side carriers different in some way can anyone help?
