Scirocco Central

Hi all, the 12v (cigarette lighter) outlet does not work on my 2010 Scirocco, I have checked the all fuses and they are fine. I am very confused on what's causing this issue, any suggestions? Thanks

Does the one in the boot work? You are checking it with the ignition on?
