Scirocco Central

hi, so my passenger door on my 2013 1.4 Tsi has decided it wont open from the inside our outside, i have youtube the video fixes but none of them show you how its done when you cant open the door. ive tried popping the cap on the drivers door to access the key slot which had no affect, ive tried banging the side of the door to free it up, ive tried flicking the central locking repeatedly while pulling the door handles, no luck, has anyone solved the problem while the door is shut?

I manged to get mine to permanently open but spamming the unlock and lock button for a few minutes. It eventually worked
