Thinking of Getting a 2012 Scirocco R

Hey guys, I'm planning to see a manual 2012 Scirocco R this weekend and I was wondering if there's anything I should look out for.
It's got 86,000km/53,000mi, Revo 2+, cold air intake, performance clutch + dual-mass fly, turbo back exhaust, front/rear swaybar, high flow fuel pump and intercooler.
First time buying a euro car so any info would be helpful!
