Scirocco Central

I recently purchased a Scirocco R which has the MIB2 head unit. It’s not working so looking for advice on after market replacements.

Thank you for the link, the original unit he replaced is in the older model scirocco’s (up to 2015)
Will find out if it can replace the MIB2 unit I have.

both use CAn bus to "wake up"

I have one of these, it's quite satisfactory, but Android Auto won't load for some reason.

'maybe is not unlocked, or wrong USB socket

I think it's an app issue. Everything else works fine, the system talks to the car fine.
