I know this question has been asked but I've scoured the internet and just cant find the answer.

I'm looking at buying 2015 (65) 2.0 R LINE TSI BLUEMOTION TECHNOLOGY 2d 178 BHP, its done 64k.

First of all does it have a timing chain or belt and what's the interval mileage/years on replacing it and the water pump, tensioners, guides etc.
