Scirocco 1.4 reliability running cost general maintenance

Hi guys im new to group and considering purchasing a scirocco soon but wanted to know from people that currently own a 1.4 version how reliable has yours been?
what your mileage? what's your maintenance routine? and running costs? is it true the 1.4 160ps is a no no? look forward to your responses guys!

Hi there.
Got the 122pk 2010 bluemotion
Milage: Bought it at 145k kilometers, now at 270k kilometers.
Major things:
Chain replaced as a precaution (Around 500 EUR)
Turbo died on me so had it replaced. (Around 1k EUR)
The usual:
Tires; depends on the choice.
Brakes; Brembo brakepads (Around 100 EUR)
Discs; Depends on the brand, I would say around 100/150 EUR
No major issues with my car except the turbo but I keep a regular maintenance schedule.
Hope some other members can chime in regarding the 160 pk

I recommend looking for a 1.4 122 or an 2.0. They seem to be the most reliable but it depends on what you want to do with it + fuel consumption.
