Console/Wishbone bushes repair

Hello everyone.
Recently while doing cambelt exchange in VW service they detected that my console bushes are starting to split.
Few days ago I decided to give them a call and ask about the price and they said to me it will be 470£ just for the parts which sounded waaaay to expensive for my liking so I'm planning to buy the parts and give it to my friend who can do it for much less.
So here comes my question: Could someone provide me with link/name or were to look for reliable bushings as I'm not savy with that kind of stuff?
