Another potential buyer ..

As per subject I'm looking into the world of performance VAG products - in this case a 2011 Scirocco R - this particular car though I'm trying to identify a history on.
The reason for this is that in 2018 this car received an MRC tune, rolling road proven to 355 BHP, it is declared as 'enthusiast owned' but since it was tuned at approx 74379 miles it has covered 9000 miles, had a full respray reportedly and the hybrid turbo was replaced along with the 'organic' clutch only 2k miles ago, pretty sure it wouldn't have made 355bhp on a stock turbo so it ate its turbo within 7000 miles of being tuned. It is claimed that the car has MOT till June 2021 and this checks out - but with a turbo back exhaust that doesn't stack up unless switcheroo was played or the ticket is a my mate signed it off for me cert, the windows are also not entirely legal at the front (tinted way too dark).
It has peaked interest but I won't say the history isn't a concern, I also know how in the wrong hands such a car has probably been hammered. The car a year ago was for sale with only 4 ownere, now it is for sale again with 6 owners ... something smells.
Don't get me wrong I could likely deal with this hammering but the question is would I want to.
I don't know whether I can list the car here so I won't but it can be found pretty easily with Enthusiast Owned Scirocco R for sale using a well known search engine
Does anyone here know this car ?
