2015 2.0 TSI GT 217 Timing chain

Hi all, new to the forum. I have recently bought a 2015 2.0 TSI GT 217bhp, 40,000miles. I have been reading about timing chain and tensioner issues with the 2.0 TSI engines pre facelift. I am struggling to find on here if this is still an issue and I need to get the tensioner upgraded? thanks for the help in advance!
