I have some kind of funny sounds when the handbrake is lightly pulled and there is some play in it. For example when I park it in my garage and I start moving stuff around in the backseats etc

Sounds very much like the rear pads slipping on the disc when the handbrake is not pulled on hard enough. You will get a similar noise if you release the handbrake slowly on a hill and allow the car to roll slightly.

Groaning and creaking when turning the wheel is.normally a broken front spring and / or top mount bearing

If the noises are from the rear, it could be a broken rear spring or a worn bush.

It could also be a rear brake binding.

I'd say you don't have the handbrake pulled up enough. Pull it up more and the noises will probably go.

Yeah, someone commented on the YT video it's self and I've been pulling the handbrake a little harder and I haven't heard it since!
