Alarm LED on drivers door on solid after looking

Hi everyone
This morning I locked the car as usual but I noticed that the alarm LED on the drivers door stayed on instead of flashing for a short time.
I’ve read that this is indicating a fault with the central locking system or alarm system. I tested the deadlocks and they are working fine (I locked myself in as a test!!) and doors are also locking from the outside.
I also tried to check for fault codes but none came up.
Does anyone have any ideas or tests that I can try?
