hi i have installed a new head unit rns with sat nav an voice plus bt phone all works on head unit but on stearing wheel voice button justs mutes everything and phone button does nothing i have got version v12.12 can someone give me an idiot guide to turning these functionon please

ok so far got the voice to work with vcds but cannot get phone button to work i found out my bt unit is white dot but my car is red dot could this be the problem
