Scirocco R - Essential Mods

Hi All!
Picked up the Rocco R on Friday night, manual, candy white on a 65 plate. Completely standard (at the moment) but loving the car, already racked up around 400 miles since Friday!
I've tried to search for any thread similar to this, but what would you say the best bang for your buck, or "must do" mods for the Rocco are? I know most will say that a remap is up there, I'm currently thinking R-Tech Stage 1, this is for everything else from little interior/exterior changes to turboback exhausts.
Fire away!

Seen a lot mentioned about the exhaust, would love to go decat but don't want the headache at MOT time. Catback the next best thing? Or cut the middle silencer out?

Look no further than Nige at BCS Powervalve for an exhaust system. I have just had a turbo back system fitted and it is amazing.
Superb service from Nige and a very high quality product. I will be writing a little review soon..

Are uprated Anti Roll Bars worth considering for an R? Something like the H&R kit?
And on the subject of H&R, does anyone have a link to a before and after shot of them fitted?

My Mods are,
Tuning box, circ. 310 BHP. Peps it up nicely
Anti Lift kit. Helps get the extra power down better, but by no means a cure for wheels spin in colder months
Black Badges front and rear, looks good on my Candy white. (have a spare set if interested)
Not a Mod, but a proper alignment has improved the handling and stability

I haven;t done anything tuning wise to mine yet but have just bought one of these:

I have also just fitted a set of black mirror caps - I *think* it is these ones but can;t be sure as my wife bought me them for Christmas

I'll also be going for the change of badges but unsure whether to go for just black or one of these:

If you decide to go this route( stage 1 from R tech) get the exhaust from Nige first so Niki at R tech can map with the mods. rate both highly.

Its helps with getting power down and also makes your steering sharper

It’s lower arm rear bushes. Hard poly compound helps reduce movement in the lower arms and forces the wheels into the ground a bit harder. Paradox. Did you see a lot of difference with this fitted have you replaced any other bushes with polybushes?
