Both rear seat latches broken

Hi guys,
Thinking of selling my Scirocco so just want to get a few wee bits and pieces tidied up first.
The latch mechanism on both rear seats is broken...Both seats cannot be locked into place anymore. Over the last few weeks I have found plastic and metal pieces in the boot and had no idea where they were supposed to go...
Anyone got any ideas how to fix this or what parts I need?
