boot/load liner

Post by tyrannosauRoss »

Anybody use one? I'm looking at one as often have a dog or work stuff in the back, I know moisture has soaked through and wrecked the factory spec sticker underneath and the carpet isn't in the nicest condition.

Any recommendations? It'll either be the official one or seen cheaper ones with a carpeted section which the dog may prefer. I've tried to ask her opinion but she just cocks her head to the side and gives me a blank look.

Bought the VW load liner off an ex member from here a few years ago. Still going strong on my third Roc. Don't have a dog but it's proved it's worth just when going to the tip with household rubbish etc. Wouldn't be without one now.

VW Load Liner:

Had one in my last Scirocco - and saved the day when a bottle of red wine broke !... Glass & red wine everywhere.

Have one in my new Scirocco - just in case.

Well worth the cost.....

Anybody know how TPS are for pricing? £60 seems the best online price for a genuine one.

I'll have one for sale pretty soon as my new Golf R should have arrived in the next few weeks (hope to collect it by the end of the month). It not the official VW one but it's great quality and fits well. It will be going in the for sale section and will be less half the price of the genuine VW one.

I purchased one off eBay:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122058021471" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Fits spot on and is tough thick rubber so easy to pull back out and wash down if need be. The fact it's got a lip to it means the dirt doesn't fall out and it sits nicely in the boot.
