Hi Guys, been lurking here a while, thought I best put up a bit of a thread on my car!

Sold my Mk4 Golf about 3 years ago now, which looked like this...

Image

Bought the scirocco in Feb 2015, stayed standard for a little while, then the work really started at christmas...

Tried some RS4 wheels
Image

Private plate (I run a company called PWRD - Peter Walters Race Design)
Image

Bought some more wheels, 19x9 Rotiform BLQ's.... still sat in the workshop

Boot build, still needs painting

Controller

Metal pedals and upgraded gear knob and handbrake lever

Another set of wheels...19x10 rear, 19x8.5 fronts, Rotiform IND
Image

New center caps and bolts all round
Image

Gave her a clean...

Rear R lights fitted and a few latest pics!

And thats where we are now! I have some mega plans for it and a few parts collecting up ready for a big makeover. Helps that my dad runs a body shop/custom paint shop, so look out for some drastic changes!

Looking forward seeing the progress on this one :)
Wanted to ask:
- what is the color code on the mk4 Golf?
- in the side pick of the Scirocco (right after saying "gave it a clean"), that is the highest setting of the bags? Is there any limitation of speed when using the car at this height? (was considering this for when going in big snow).

Cheers :)

Is the rear aired out on the pics on bottom? Looks really high.. :eyepop: :eyepop: Also i'd spacer out fronts. Red center caps looks good.

Nimbus Grey from the Mk1 TT special edition

Pretty much the top height yeah, I haven't used it at that height before, but can't see why it would be a problem!

I am running standard shocks/non-cut brackets at the moment. Have some Konis to go on, so should drop it down

Looks good so far mate!
Do these need a chassis notch when they're bagged?

Ok cheers bud, hopefully picking up an airlift kit in the next couple of weeks and wasn't sure to get notched when it's fitted

To be fair its still low without, but to get it even on both sides you need a notch ideally. Also i'd recommend the shorter rear shocks and cut brackets.

More parts collecting...

Genuine Scirocco R bumper and exhaust and one of my favourite buys so far, Porsche Cayenne Brembo 18z calipers, Absolute beasts! Will go through a full refurb once the car gets painted etc. Can't wait.

It's all coming together!
