Bi-xenon retrofit to my09 scirocco - red mfd

Has any one done this retrofit?
Is there a fitting guide as I've bought the kit to fit but realised its really meant for a my10 onwards with white mfd.
As my09 rocs came with xenons I presume it can still be done!
Any help welcome!
Thanks

Im doing this at the moment and i need to change my BCM module for a "highline" one and have it coded in with vagcom. I have module and vagcom on the way. I have the lights and adapters already so I will let you know how I get on.

I have a 58 2.0 TSI with red mfd :)

Well my vagcom arrived and it turns out I dont need a new bcm as I have the correcto one, even though the ebay seller of the adapter tried selling it to me, luckily I backed out of the bcm last minute until vagcom come!

On vagcom my vag part number of central electrics module (09) is 3C8 937 049 E

You can check yours against this list to see if you need a new one - http://golfgti.dk/vw-seat-skoda-central ... dule-cecm/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; yours must be highend to be ok. If its medium then its no good.

From what I have worked out, if your car has foglights then you have the highend BCM.

All done in my rocco 58 plate with red highline instrument cluster. No need for new bcm module, just needed to change coding on vagcom. Everything working perfectly, need new indicator bulbs for when I do my R front bumper next weekend :)

Will get better pictures once its a bit darker.

Thanks very much for the info....
As I have cornering fogs enabled I must have the highend module.
Can you tell me what pins you used and if you fitted an auto levelling switch?
Thanks
Phil

I assume you do then :) my bcm had 4 plugs, a,b,c,d and I used pins 8 and 5 on plug A and pins 9 aand 6 on plug D. Was very confusing at first. Also when activate it move your corner lights from fogs to headlights as the xenon units have that built in :)

No auto levelling but I may look into that in the future as it can be done

Might cause a problem come MOT time, as auto-levelling and washers are a legal requirement with Xenons

I wont post that on forums, will be ok. I plan on putting auto levelling in next I have just saved the links for the bits I need to buy :) 1 Step at a time

And I have scirocco R front bumper currently in the body shop and it has headlight washers :)
