Hi,

I installed an RNS510 last year and it all works great apart from the instructions not showing up on the MFD. I have the full version of VCDS and want to enable it. Does anybody know what the adaptation codes I need are?

I had searched but couldn't find the exact byte and bit to enable. Thank you

You need to ensure 'Navigation 37' is populated in the Can Gateway (controller 19) as well as radio 56, you then need to ensure BAP is enabled in device (Navigation) 37, byte 7 bit 7 and another bit which is called 'Small button... (sorry can't remember the rest but you will see it!). You may need to reboot the RNS afterwards too.
