Hi, looking for some advice please, i purchase the above satnav from a company in Bradford just over six Months ago.
I also purchased a genuine vw rear camera from praque, unfortunately it won't work in conjunction with the camera although sat nav itself works perfectly.
Vw say the fault lies with the satnav and unfortunately the company are not interested in giving me a replacement even although it's only a few days outside my six month guarantee.
Trading standards have had no luck either, Does anyone know of any company that can carry out a repair on the RNS 510 to enable it to work in conjunction with the camera ?

It is a lot easier to buy a retrofit kit made specifically for RNS510 & Roc.
Kufatec.de is one option.

No one got any suggestions ? spent literally hundreds on this mod with no success, wouldn't mind spending a little more if i found a solution.

I know with the lower model rcd510 there is a special part number for the version that works with rear view camera,if this is also the case with RNS510 then maybe you just have an incompatable model and not faulty.
