iphone 4S 5.1.1 vw bury kit

Just upgraded to IOS5.1.1 and now can't sychronise or transfer my contacts onto VW Bury kit. List is populated but just with empty boxes. I've had it into the dealers, VW Warrington, who just take the attitude that its an Apple problem not theirs. Wondering if anyone is experiencing this and, better still, does anyone have a fix?

I briefly had this issue. Resolved by resetting the network settings on the phone, you'll need to re-enter any wifi network passwords you use but this only takes a few secs.
Also, unpair the phone from the Bury unit by using the unpair otion on there.
Then, re-pair the 2 devices as you'd have done originally.
You should then be able to sync the phone book entries via the Bury unit.
Worked fine for me, all up and running again.
