Scirocco Central

I have auto locking set to one push unlocks drivers door only and only drivers window drops. Upon exiting and removing Ignition key only drivers door unlocks. But. Both windows drop. I think this is wrong and only drivers window should drop as only the drivers door has unlocked Dealer tells me this is correct I don't think so.
Any opinions??
