R rear bumper and back box

I've got a 140 tdi bluemotion and intend putting a R rear bumper and back box on as a straight replacement in the near future. Will the R back box fit onto my existing exhaust sytem or can you purchase a fitting kit to accomadate this alteration, Be grateful for any advice
