Activate Shift Recommendation by VAG

Hi.
I was looking all modules from my MY11 Scirocco and didn't find a way to activate the Shift Recommendation on the Board Computer. I know that this should be on the 17 Instruments Module but I was there and the byte3 has no bit 5 to change.
Someone who has achieved this modification can help me? Probably this change is only valid for cars before MY10.
