Phil - LED interior lights look awesome!! When they work... which is never. I did a full interior upgrade before and they lasted a couple of months before they started flickering - annoyed me so much I changed them all back to standard haha.

For those that haven't already seen on Facebook, last night I met up with benny1703 and xjay1337 - jay got some awesome shots of how the car stands at the moment. It was incredibly filthy, but somehow it didn't show up in pics and it looks pretty clean! Here are a few of my favourites...

Hey Ash, sorry for the delay getting back to you. I bought 12mm spacers - should've bought 15mm as they still don't poke enough for my liking hahaha!

Thanks for the comments guys! It's been a while since I've updated here! A few things going on, hopefully some big changes in the next 2 months or so before show season starts...

Firstly, I bought a brand new Scirocco R kit. I've got the bumper and skirts already, but the front bumper I currently have isn't great condition nor a great fit, plus the DRL's don't work - so it'll be replaced with a freshly painted brand new one.

I bought it from XenonzUK (quite a well known company who supply aftermarket body kits for a number of cars in the modified scene) so I'm hoping the fitment will live up to expectation. I'll let the pictures do the talking, the quality is very impressive. First pic is the current state of my dining room, car parts are priority hahaha:









The diffuser doesn't fit flush because I'm too scared to push the clips all the way in at the moment haha. Side skirts are sold (because I have them already on the car), alongside my current R front bumper on the car, so the next stages are...

- Booked in on 26 Feb for Front Bumper respray, smoothed bonnet, both front wings resprayed. I also bought a genuine VW R door strip as the rep ones I have at the moment aren't quite long enough and had too much panel gap for my liking! This will be sprayed and replaced at the same time.
- Custom exhaust system to be made by EMP Performance in March, to be fitted end of March once rear bumper has been sprayed. Rear bumper will also get reversing holes smoothed.
- Carbon fibre mirror caps have been purchased and currently on their way as we speak.
- Carbon Fibre front splitter to be purchased April.
- Carbon Fibre (you guessed it) rear diffuser to be purchased April.
- Rotiforms to be put back on the car mid March ready for summer.

Awesommm big things happening! Smoothed bonnet is a good call, the look of them is really growing on me.

Can't wait to see it all come together mate. we'll both be at emp similar times by the sound of it!
