Ah thought the TPMS was standard issue on all Roccos everywhere. Do apologise. :)

In truth tyre pressures should be manually checked every 2 weeks I say (I carry a tyre gauge in the door compartment in the car) and visual check of the tyres every other day. Doesn't take long but it can potentially save u having an accident due to a deflating tyre.

The TPMS is useful tho but then it's standard here so costs nothing

As for safety belt chime it was designed and built into cars for a Reason after I'm sure years of research into human behaviour in cars. I still don't know how it can annoy you driving at 10mph vs 50+ as your driving position can't have changed that much so if it annoys u at 10mph it'll annoy u all the time! When u learn to drive first thing they tell u is to buckle up and dont unbuckle till you've stopped.

But it's your choice as you say.

I check mine probably once or twice a month but a bit more often if there any major temperature changes.

Just wanted to share with you, today during lunch time I took aride in my buddy's vw tourek (not sure the spelling is right) and on his front glass mirror he has this sticker on nitrogen air tyres certified. Apparently he's tyres are running on NITROGEN AIR!!? According to him, its much more safer as the car goes on higher speeds the tyres/rubber would not expand because of the nitrogen air. Have you guys ever come accross this? Havent done my research on this but sounds interesting.. :D It costed him about 20 quids to fill in all four tyres...

I've got some magic beans here if he wants to buy them.... : :D

ISTR that O2 molecules are somewhat smaller than Nitrogen molecules...and O2 can in time (probably several light years?) find it's way out through the rubber whereas N can't do the same so easily.....but then again...that just might be a load of old boLL0*ks...

Air is 80% Nitrogen anyway so I dont think it makes much difference
