Turbo back With DeCat fitted this afternoon ready for my map on Monday. Should see good power now. Such better throttle response and sound from the car.
Will post up dyno results when I have them!
Cheers

Love this colour! I've never actually seen one on the road.
How does it feel with the extra power?
Did you say this is with a stage 2 map?

Thank you very much!
Do you own an R yourself? I always found in the dry, it would perform beautifully but as soon as you'd hit the power in the wet you've got no hope. Well it's like that in the dry now, hah!
I wouldn't actually know what stage to call it, but from what Revo's website says in accordance to components I'd say yeah, stage 2!
I think next step is a RamAir intake, TTRS pump and HPFP, hybrid turbo and R8 injectors. Not for a while though. Should crack on with cosmetics before more power I think!

Can I fit that damn mighty great sounding exhaust on a diesel. I'm prepared for a no, and already cried about it as I expect you to say no.

I'm sure scorpion do a system for your car bud! No idea how it'll sound, but I'm sure it'll be a great improvement over stock!
I bought mine through GNJ motorsport, give their website a look and I'm sure something will be available

New wheels on. Decided to change to wider wheels as I'm struggling to keep the power to the road.
Front: 19 x 8.5j et42
Rear 19 x 9.5j et38
Fronts need a 10mm spacer to push the wheel inline with the arch the same as the rear, but they completely change the look of the car.
Also, now in need of 255/40/19 rears as the profile is just too thin, and there's a bit too much stretch on the back.
Overall very happy. Clearance on the rear was tight, but perfect

Looks great! What size do you plan to put on front? 245's?

How much does the ride quality suffer with lowering?
Love the lowered look - but concerned at turning the car into a boneshaker...

Thank you mate
I'm leaving the 235/35/19 on the front, I did have to get a 245 for the rear but I went 40 profile and it looks a bit funky so today I ordered some 245/35/19 AD08R's which will look beautiful and help with handling!

It doesn't suffer at all really, very smooth ride still. I was quite surprised. I do think I'm going to go for coilovers shortly though because it just doesn't quite sit where I'd like her to. I'm sure the ride will suffer then!
I do highly recommend the H and R set though, very good quality!

Great looking car that. Nice northern Irish number plate too. A plate about 20mm narrower in height so it doesn't overhang the grille and a tad longer to cover the old mounting holes would tidy it up a great deal (in my eyes anyway). The two holes in the bumper would really really annoy me.

Ah mate, they really get to me as well. Same on the rear where some numpty previously screwed on the wider plate [emoji52] I did a quick fix and it's not overly noticeable but it'll be going to the body shop eventually to get filled in and repainted properly
