Hi there , ive received that kind of DRL and i have a question about that red wire. How you connect it? do that wire going to your 12v? and how you managed to connect the led in the middle of DRL? im having trouble in re-plug it into my connector.

no need to connect the red wire unless you want them to dim at night

Hey bud... Can you please tell me what did you do to remove the orange reflector, on OEM front indicators? Did you cut it on top? :eyepop:
Also, are those taillights from Dectane still working? Any fault errors? Are they reliable? I need some good evidences before paying 300€ for some chinese stuff. Damn! Hope you understand.

Ahahah I'm planning to buy some Dectane. It's easier. I don't want to smash the shi* out of it... AHAHAH

I'm just worried about reliability... Don't know what to do.

Hi All,

Yes it is a while ago...i'm sorry about that. Nice to see all other nice projects in progrezz here ;) For myself not that much of news, i have some idea's about which way to go so this is still in progress ;) For me now it's collecting parts and put them all together later on, and in the meantime detail the car as much as i can.

The Oettinger Rims we're re-coated in May in Black Matte Satin Finish (95% same as Oettinger Delivered). No particular damage other than some small scratches caused by dents or something like that but for a fresh look it was needed (in my view ;)) and got some new Oettinger centercaps with Red Details (GTI 7). Also the wheel-bolts are replaced for McGard Black versions and locks.

Image

Also a new front BBK arrived last year and it's still nice in the box waiting:) We are looking for some solution for same kit on rear.

Image

Last but not least 2 weeks ago my new seats arrived. They will be customized later on.

Image

Furthermore no special news here, every day i love it to get in, and every weekend keep it clean. No issues with the DRL (yes the Julian ones!!) so great, Dectane Left LED Unit rear one problem couple of weeks ago. Dectane sended me a new left-unit. Great (also i have them already 2 years!), future rear-lights will be different

That's all folks for now :) See Ya

Lovely motor! I'm a big fan of the engine bay, I'll be investing in the TTRS cover soon to go with my twintake!
Love OSIR and Oettinger!
