Activate Shift Recommendation by VAG

Hi.

I was looking all modules from my MY11 Scirocco and didn't find a way to activate the Shift Recommendation on the Board Computer. I know that this should be on the 17 Instruments Module but I was there and the byte3 has no bit 5 to change. :(
Someone who has achieved this modification can help me? Probably this change is only valid for cars before MY10.

It is usually activated as part of the engine ECU software up date. It's not activated/de-activated via VCDS.
