I have 2011 auto with electronic suspension can you use the springs from manual on this or are they different?

The front spring fitment is based on the axle weight.
They fall into 2 categories,
(a) Up to 1020kg
(b) 1021kg and above

I believe the manual 2.0 TSI is in category (a) whereas the auto falls into category (b) as the auto gearbox is heavier.
Although they will physically fit the spring rates are different.
