Cleaning

Post by Redmick1959 »

Hi I have got a question for you all my car was brand new and my nephew arranged to have the lifetime shine added to the car only problem I find with this is that when I wash the car car I don't seem to get any bubbles is this because of the lifetime shine that has been put on the paint I was also told that I could only use autoglem products on the car I don't have a problem with autoglem I have used the rapid wax but when it rains it leaves water marks on the car any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks

Are you using Autoglym Conditioner Shampoo?. Any time I've used this shampoo it doesn't lather.

Based on my experience, it's down to the shampoo. As said, I don't get any lather when I use it although it does it's job.

Lifeshine is a good product if applied to pristine bodywork and maintained! All you need to do is wash it with a PH neutral shampoo and then use the Aqua Wax you should have been given. You spray it in the wet car, wipe with a microfibre cloth and then buff with another cloth to a shine!

Never used this shampoo myself.
But it is a very known fact it produces no lather and no bubbles.

I use car chem 1900:1 shampoo. Loads of bubbles and just glides over paintwork. Also very cheap
