It's been bugging me for a while now, but it seems that there are times when using the stereo that there is a volume limitation.
So some times listening to music in the car is nice loud and clear and other times there is a volume limit and no matter how high you turn the head unit up it stays the same volume, I don't think it's VW's GALA System but I might be completely wrong here because I'm a total novice so any ideas and help I would appreciate
Oh and I'm using an iPhone VIA Bluetooth if that makes any difference
Thanks in advance,
Aaz

Re: Rocco R 65 Plate audio volume
Yea so volume on both devices are the same and in the morning for example will be loud clear and I'm loving life on the way to work then after work exact same settings and its quiet as anything even after turning up the settings on the head unit up to max volume, it wont go past a "certain point" and that "certain point" is really quiet so quiet its become an annoyance... makes me wish I wasn't such a cheapskate and took the Dynaudio package
This is with the iPhone in question at max volume all of the time because its the first thing I go to because its just too quiet.
@WhiteDevil I got caught like that a few times at the beginning haha

Re: Rocco R 65 Plate audio volume
I think the issue you are having is due to the fact that all VW OEM units have "clipping" at higher volumes. As far as I'm aware there is no way around it.
