Can somebody help me..
Im looking for some H&R springs for the Scirocco but i cannot seem to find them, they list all the Vehicles apart from the R.
Can someone supply me with a link?

There has been quite a few posts about lowering springs on here! just use the search bar first, see if anyone has had a better performance gain with different springs.
otherwise here's two places I found them, alot of Rocco owners have mentioned AwesomeGTI so check them out (2nd link)

Just check your front axle weight (can be found on the black sticker on the inside of your door, just to be certain)

just to be certain when you say From 1021kg this means anything greater than that weight?
