Cheers guys.
CTRnutter, yes SLR. It's a Nikon D300 with various lenses and a bit of off-camera flash here and there.

The 400D is a fine camera. SLR gives you amazing flexibility and control over the shot - just get stuck in!
Andy, the road is on the moors between Llangynidr and Ebbw Vale, not a bad road to drive either! It's next to the A465 Heads of the Valleys road, it's not a million miles from Aberdare (16 miles in fact!)

Ryan, it's just the way the light caught it, thankfully!
Just watched the vid, the road looks very similar (very well spotted that man), but I think that one in the vid is more towards Brecon, very similar terrain, brilliant roads around there. The one in my shot is only a few miles long, no cafe etc.

Damn you certainly know how to make quality shots, just looked at another on Picasa - the only night time shot (photo 7) - you could easily make your own wallpapers!!

Polts - Is that the road out from Blackwood to the A465? That is some road too if it isnt the one you are on about. If no traffic gets in your way its superb! Just watch the sheep lol!
No Scirocco now - Just a black '57 Plate Black Jetta!

Blackroc, no it's just north of the A465 at Ebbw Vale, but similar to the one out of Blackwood. Damn right about the sheep!!!!
