Just thought i'd report back, well, I finally got it sorted, so case now closed :) I've fitted a 3C8035730C module...straight in...plug & play....no coding or anything required...10 minutes....done. Bought it from those nice chaps in Poland ...Car-Systems. Brilliant service, about £180 delivered...

or a
3C8 035 730 (A,B or c)?

Sadly, it appears mine has the 'C' suffix.

Yes Mark..I have a Samsung Galaxy also...the car can find both phones, and displays the phone model number on the dash (between the clocks) but then flags up 'phone not compatible'

Well...as I said earlier....the phone now works...and the functionallity is awesome...(could do with a manual tbh) But one thing puzzles me... I was under the impression that the car system is Nokia based..? However, when I pair my mobile with the car, the car say's it's a blackberry... How wierd is...

ISTR that O2 molecules are somewhat smaller than Nitrogen molecules...and O2 can in time (probably several light years?) find it's way out through the rubber whereas N can't do the same so easily.....but then again...that just might be a load of old boLL0*ks...

lol....I can't get the numbers into the phone quick enough....before I get timed out...
