Do you have a link to a guide that you used to update the RNS firmware and maps? I have spent hours looking but nothing is definitive and on other forums it all descends in to a discussion rather than a guide.

Check the dampers, i am assuming standard suspension? Have you had the alignment check also?

I used a turbo blanket on my Saab 2.8 V6 to great effect. It prevented the paint directly next to the turbocharger from peeling and also resulted in lower underbonnet temperatures.

As above, could be slight variation in cam timing. Making it more lively but at a slight expense of economy.
