I will be getting a scirocco, just really confused on when. insurance on a 140 tdi comes out to 5500, cant justify that

Hi, after weeks of ghosting its my first post on here.

Ive just bought another private plate to go on a scirocco i currently dont own lol. its *X12 OCO*. I know some people cant stand private plates but whats your opinions on it ?
