I think its a home DIY, I did mine in a couple of hours on the floor. Just need a socket set and some screw drivers plus some wd40 for the existing connecting sleeve.
I found it easier to jack up one side fully rather than just the back.

when the engine is at 80C rev to 2000rpm, the oil pressure should be between 39-65PSI
edit, looking at the bottom gauge if your at 2000rpm reving in that picture then the first bullet point will apply.

As Paradox is saying its fairly simple, i didnt do a guide as its not nice being under the car for that long. Well gave it a crack, used plusgas (better than wd40) let it soak for 10 mins and they came off easily. The one which All the forums said was hard was quite easy

Was it wet out? Best way to check is to be in 6th at low RPM then full throttle and if it does what you describe above the clutch is slipping and will need to be replaced.

You can get the center baffle cut out and replaced for normal pipe, lots of threads on here for it. Plus you can do a flapper mod. Again lots of threads on here
