The likes of kwikfit et al do them up WAYYYYYYY too tight!! The OEM wrench IS capable of undoing them with ease at 120Nm (which is the correct torque).

It does keep running sometimes after a long drive and it's heated up. Don't worry too much about it, as bob said, it just runs for a few minutes

Finally installed new rear brake discs and pads to go with my fronts. So, I decided to do the rears today. Loosened wheel bolts, jacked the car up (clear of the ground) removed the wheel bolts and the wheel didn't come off the hub.... tugged and tugged but the wheel wouldn't budge. Is this normal?!?! I mean, I'm ok with stuck discs, but the wheel?!?!

Also, let's know all the details of your unit when you get it. If you can provide all details like the first post, even better. I have some text about versions I saved from vwnavi that could help.

Shame about vwnavi, there was a bloke on there called Josi who tweaked a lot of the firmware to work with all units. You tried gps underground?
