DSG Slight Noise in the Morning - Normal?

I've only been using my first ever DSG box for just over a week now and I've got a question for fellow DSG users about a bit of a noise I hear.

In the morning or after the car has been parked for some time I hear a very slight 'clunk' when approaching a junction and the box changes down to either 2nd or 1st.

Maybe 'clunk' is a bit of a harsh word to use as it's only very slight, but I can't think of another word to best describe it.

As mentioned it's when in the D position, slowing down approching a junction, and the box changes down to 2nd or 1st. After driving for 10-15 mins it seems to fade away.

Is this perfectly normal? I really hope it is as I had a horrible clunk in my manual GT which drove me mad !

It's a 2011 R if that helps.

Thanks

Mine doesnt do it but i have read loads about the same issue like in this link http://www.golfmk6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14329" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If your not sure take it back, its a new car, a VCDS DSG reset may help too

I have a 2011 1.4 tsi dsg box 7 speed, i have a rattle when coming unto junctions and stopping. Its more prevelent when the windows are down, took it to dealers said it was the clutches as the 2011 7 speed dsg has dry plate clutches not the wet plate clutches fitted on the 6 speed dsg.
