Had a weekend of driving planned in my new roc and then got the dreaded call from the garage giving me some lame arse excuse about the transport breaking down so my car won't be ready to pick up :cry:

What really get's my goat is I was meant to pick up from High Wycombe and the car was in Milton Keynes, but due to red tape they were not aloud to go and get it.

I know it's not the garages fault but I hate it when red tape and beaurocracy replace common sense and customer service! I expected more from VW :mad:
