Love the black on white look there Maik695.Did you do the badges and mirror caps yourself.
Sexy wheels too!Where did you get them?
Have you fitted LED head lights?

Hey, hi... Thanks for the nice feedback...
The roof top, front grille (small) and mirrors have been done by "black foil" (sticker). Cheap and easily done. The batch is painted. The rims are "Dotz Hanzo" 18" with Good Year Eagle F1 Asymmetric 235 40 18...
Yes, I also have the LED lights fitted...
Additionally to that I am running KW coil overs..

Anyway, I am running this car in Singapore. But you can check the Dotz homepage for dealer in your area. If you have iPhone, you can download the Dotz App. Take a pic of your car and try different rims at the simulator. Works great.

Hi,
There are different possibilities to connect the wires... Depends on which version of lights you get...
In Singapore, we also have right hand driving, I was able to get only one version of the lights (in Germany there are 2 versions)
Anyway, the LED cable will be connected to the parking light - the small light inside the signal assembly. If you connect light that, you must on the parking light when you run at daytime.

I ordered an additional "DRL Module" from eBay. This module allows me to connect the LED directly to the ignition and the LED will be on the moment you turn the key - regardless of the light switch position. This is basically the same as Audi.

Let me know if I can help further...

The lights can be found here
https://www.dectane.de/D-LITE-Headlight ... 416963c19b" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And here
https://www.dectane.de/DAYLINE-headligh ... 416963c19b" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Take note:
D-Lite = "active" DRL's - here you do not need the module, it is build in !!! But a year ago they did not have it available for "right hand driving"
Dayline = "non-active" DRL's - here you need the module if you want to modify to "active..."

The Module can be found here:
http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=R40 ... Categories" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I bought this one in particular:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Tagfahrlicht-TFL ... 3a69283304" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
This module will "dim down" the LED lights by 50% the moment the headlights will be on. And it also works perfectly with the "auto-function" of the headlights... No need to worry if the light is on or off, just put to "auto" and the case is closed...
Other modules will "off" the LED once the headlight is on... Depends on what you want (depends on country too)

Question: how to off the LED lights?
Answer: switch off the engine and pull the key !!!

Let me know if further info is needed...

Oh yes, I assembled everything myself, did not want to pay money to my workshop...

Hi,
I'm new from the forum, and I'm writing here since I'm planning to buy a Scirocco, of course!
I'd like to buy it with the whole external R-line kit, and change the normal halogen lights with the d-lite Dectane. There is a thing about these lights I don't understand, since the official website is not really clear, and I'm writing in this topic since I've seen you have these lights on your car... the big question is: are the turn signals included in the light???

Lovely car! I assume we have about the same taste ;)

HereĀ“s mine:

Regarding the turn signals, it is not built in the LED head lights, but it can be modded if you use some imagination. Otherwise, turn signal / indicator is still at the bottom like on a standard car.
