What Oil..

Ive just checked my oil level and she will start needing oil soon i reckon (it was half way down the dipstick) Ive read the manual and it says to use VW 504 00 oil. What the hell is that lol! As the servicing is longlife, im guessing that it will be Castrol Edge Longlife - any ideas guys? Also while i was looking through the manual it states that higher octane petrol can be used but will not improve performance, power or fuel economy.. I know that this is being discussed elsewhere..

here you go mate, make sure you check that you get the correct one as there is a 0W-30 oil in a similar bottle. Mods, can you sticky this picture as its a question that will come up regularly.
