Scirocco Jerky from Cold Start!

Hi,
Basically, for the past few weeks I have noticed that when I start my Scirocco from a cold start it doesn't run smooth.
It sounds and feels like an old car on a Winter morning but not as bad as that if you get what I mean lol
When I drive off I feel slight jerks until it warms up and then it is fine.
My Scirocco is a 59 plate, 2litre Petrol with a Remap which was done last year and has around 47k on the clock.
Does anyone know what would be causing this before I make that call to VW??
